Introduction
UKH’s 3D printer workshop is open to all curious and experienced individuals who want to work and play with 3D printing. Here, you can print your own models or models you have found online. Maybe you need a container to organize your spices, a tripod for your phone, or a mask for your costume before a party. All this and more can be printed here at UKH!

Who can use UKH’s 3D printer workshop?

The workshop is open to young people between 15 and 30 who want to work with 3D printing. However, you must have completed our access course before you are allowed to use the printers independently.

The workshop is open every weekday along with the rest of UKH for those who have completed the access course.

Åbent værksted

Du kan komme forbi til åbent værksted hver tirsdag fra 18-20 og få hjælp til at printe det, du har gået og drømt om, eller høre mere om værkstedet. Du kan finde inspiration og gratis filer på makerworld.com eller thingiverse.com. 

Priser

FDM printing costs 5 DKK per 10g of filament used. A print typically uses between 10-40g of filament.

The access course to the workshop costs 200 DKK and allows you to start prints yourself and reserve the printers. You will learn how the 3D printers work, how to use our machines, and get various tips for making cool prints. The course price also includes a free 3D print of a model of your choice.

If you need help printing your model during open workshop, it costs 20 DKK to book a print.

Faciliteter

In our workshop, we have classic FDM printers in the form of 2 Bambu Lab A1 Mini units. Additionally, we have an SLA printer where you can print items with finer details using resin. Because resin printing is more complex than FDM and has a strong smell, we usually collect files and arrange a group print on weekends.
