Henrik Hass
Epic sound guy. A rapper like they made them in the old days.
Self-made rapper/producer with a pedagogy degree up his sleeve. Henrik is responsible for UKH’s sound studio, “The Open Rehearsal,” and everything else related to sound and music. If you wish to hold a concert at UKH, Henrik is the one you should talk to. In addition, he handles purchasing, venue booking, and is involved in renting out rooms for rehearsal spaces, studios, and offices (the project corridor).

Lone Jensen
One boss to rule them all.
Lone is a trained dramaturg and works in the Cultural Administration as a cultural consultant. Lone was part of founding the Youth Culture House – UKH. She is responsible for the larger structural frameworks of the house and its finances. If you have questions regarding the political level in the municipality, new collaborations, or the house’s history, Lone is your go-to person.

Malene Farup
Physical Facilitator, Workshop Mama & Aesthetic Wonder.
Malene is responsible for furnishing UKH’s spaces and for the creative workshops (except ceramics). She is also one of the people you can talk to about workshop and event ideas at UKH. In addition, Malene has a wonderful, infectious laugh and is a lovely conversation partner if you’re in the mood for a chat.

Nathalie La Cour Birkjær
Apprenticeship as Event Coordinator. Knows everything about UKH; past, present, and future. The most notorious applicant in the world of EU funds.
Nathalie is studying to become the best event coordinator in all of Jutland.
She also has her own project going on, Passion Udflugt, which is a non-profit organization working in the field of non-formal learning. She books some amazing educational/inspirational trips for young people all around Europe – so keep an eye on her, if you like travelling, learning and is hooked on EU-collaborations.

Heidi Dalmose Barkholt
PR and Communication. UKH’S PROUD REALITY FAN, WITH AN INTEREST IN NORM CRITIC.
Heidi is a trained graphic designer and visual communicator and has founded and worked at Urwelcome, a norm-critical design studio. In this context, she has been part of both Frontløberne and Institut for X.
Among other things, this is why Heidi handles PR and communication for 25 hours a week at UKH (and 3 hours a week in the Technical Department).
If you need help with PR, communication, graphic design or similar, send an email, give her a call, or find Heidi in the office.

Jens Riis
Janitor/Caretaker. Carpenter’s skill, architect’s eye, and hands brilliantly screwed on.
Jens is responsible for maintaining the building and designing the house’s interior. If you need a key, you should talk to him. If you have questions about any kind of craftsmanship, Jens is always happy to help you and offer good advice.

Chief of ceramics. Multitalent in regards to machines, food and people… and off course clay.
Can easily fix your casette-player from 1982, tune your scooter or build you a new multifunctional furniture with room for both your watercolor paintbrushes, collection of Diddl-papirs and your 68″ flatscreen. Yeah, just trying to say, he is good at practical stuff.
