UKH offers a wide range of free and affordable facilities for young people aged 15 to 30.
UKH has a range of spaces that you can use freely, as well as rooms available for rent.
- Meeting-/studyfacilities (such as a study-nook)
- ‘Søjlerum’ (Hall of Pillars) or café (for bigger events)
- Gallery (for exhibitions / spacious hallway with high ceilings)
- Small bar-area (between kitchen and café)
- Industrial kitchen
- Artist-in-residence room
- Practice- and projectrooms (see projektlokaler)
- Workspaces (sewing, screenprint, soundstudio, ceramics etc.)
Some spaces must be booked here on the website, while others are reserved via the office calendar. You’re always welcome to contact us by email or phone at the office for any room‑booking inquiries

Wanna rent a room?
We have 16 rooms available for rent to creative young people who want their own rehearsal space, project office, studio, or similar. Rooms are rented for 6 months at a time. They vary in size, but all cost DKK 550 per m² per year.
In addition to the monthly rent, you’re expected to take an active part in the daily life of UKH and/or in some of the many activities happening in the house.
Vacant rooms are announced on our social media on an ongoing basis.
